Represented by LAPM&K, Food Not Bombs Files First Amendment Lawsuit Against State of Connecticut, City of Middletown
On June 23, Middletown Food Not Bombs, represented by Peter Goselin and Elizabeth Conklin, filed a lawsuit and also sought an injunction against the City of Middletown and the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health to prevent enforcement of a cease and desist order barring the organization from participating in First Amendment protected activity.
