“REGISTER TO VOTE”
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Recently, I was appointed to be the political director and registrar of voters for Local 90. We need all the members of Local 90 to register to vote and help with Political Action. We do a lot of work legislatively to protect the member’s livelihoods. We fight for labor friendly legislation and oppose anti labor legislation. The politicians in Connecticut and Washington need to hear from the people who elected them in the towns they live in, that means “YOU”.
We have implemented an easy way for your voice to be heard. All you have to do is register online at www.ibewfightback.com. This will only take two (2) minutes to do. On occasion, you will receive an email that states a proposed law and a section with a pre-written statement regarding the proposed law - just click on it and it will be sent to your local and federal legislators from your town.
